Mozzarella focaccia

with fresh mozzarella pearls

- Ingredients -

  • > Hacendado mozzarella pearls 
  • > Cherry tomatoes 
  • > Black olives 
  • > Hacendado focaccia bread 
  • > Olive oil
  •  

- Directions -


  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. 
  2. Place the Hacendado mozzarella pearls, cherry tomatoes and olives on the focaccia bread. 
  3. Bake for 3 or 4 minutes. 
  4. Drizzle with a little oil to add shine.



- Advice -


To make it extra creamy, you can fill the focaccia with Hacendado grated mozzarella: cut the Hacendado focaccia bread lengthwise, place 50 g of Hacendado grated mozzarella on one half, position the other half on top and bake for 5 minutes; then continue with the regular preparation of the recipe.
