Tiramisu in plant pots

- Ingredients -
(Serves 4)

  • > 2 tubs Hacendado mascarpone 
  • > 5 eggs 
  • > 100 g sugar for the egg yolks 
  • > 50 g sugar for the egg whites (optional) 
  • > 1 packet Hacendado sponge fingers 
  • > 2 cups coffee 
  • > Liqueur to your liking (optional) 
  • > Cocoa powder 
  • > Salt 
  • > Fresh sprigs of mint or spearmint 
  • > Coffee sweets

- Directions -


  1. Follow the recipe for Classic tiramisu and fill the plant pots with the layers (if they have a hole in the base, cover this with baking paper). 
  2. To simulate the soil, crush the coffee sweets and mix with the cocoa powder. “Plant” each pot with a fresh sprig of mint or spearmint.



- Advice -


The crushed coffee sweets, in addition to making the cocoa powder look more like soil, also add a delicious crunchy texture.
